Choose Casino Extreme Canada if you want fast Bitcoin deposits, a large slot library, and a casino built for Canadian players who value privacy and quick access to games.

Register with your email, confirm your account, then fund in BTC to keep fees low and processing simple. Set a bankroll limit before your first spin, and use bonus terms as a filter: pick offers with clear wagering rules and stick to games that help you meet them faster.

Open the lobby and head straight to slots for the widest variety, then switch to table games when you want steadier pacing. If you like quick rounds, try video poker or roulette; if you prefer higher volatility, sort slots by features like free spins and multipliers.

For smoother cashouts, verify your details early and keep your wallet address saved correctly. Track deposits, wagers, and withdrawals in one place so you always know where you stand before claiming the next promotion.

100% Welcome Bonus + Free Spins for Canadin Players

Claim the 100% welcome bonus on your first deposit and use the free spins on eligible slot titles right after registration.

To get the full value, split your first session into two parts: deposit and activate the bonus first, then pick the free spins game and finish all spins before switching to other slots. This keeps the wagering progress clean and avoids mixing different promo rules.

  • Step 1: Create an account with your correct Canada details (province, postal code).
  • Step 2: Open the cashier and choose your preferred method (card, Interac-style transfer if available, or crypto options listed on-site).
  • Step 3: Enter the promo code if the cashier asks for one; otherwise, select the welcome offer from the promotions page.
  • Step 4: Confirm that the 100% match is attached to the deposit before you place any real-money bets.
  • Step 5: Launch the free spins game from the promo link and complete the spins in one go.

Choose your deposit size with wagering in mind: if you want faster clearance, deposit an amount you can realistically cycle through your usual bet size. For example, if you normally bet $0.50–$1.00 per spin, a moderate first deposit keeps the bonus manageable while still giving you a solid bankroll boost.

Use these play tips to stretch the matched funds and free spins:

  1. Keep slot stakes steady while the bonus is active; avoid jumping from micro-bets to max bets mid-session.
  2. Check the max-bet rule for bonus play and stay under it on every spin.
  3. Prioritize slots with stable hit frequency for wagering, then switch to higher-volatility games after you complete requirements.
  4. Track bonus balance vs. cash balance; withdraw only after the bonus converts and any restrictions are removed.

Before you cash out, confirm three points in the promo terms: the wagering multiplier, the time limit, and which games count at 100% toward wagering. If a title contributes less than 100%, save it for after the bonus clears to avoid slow progress.

Is Casino Extreme Casino Legit, Safe & Licensed?

Play only after you verify the license details shown in Casino Extreme’s footer and match them against the regulator’s public register; if the license number and company name don’t align, choose another site.

Licensing: Casino Extreme typically operates under an offshore gambling license (often Curacao). A Curacao-style license can be valid, but it’s lighter on consumer protection than UKGC or AGCO-linked frameworks. Before depositing, open the “Terms & Conditions” and “Responsible Gaming” pages, confirm the legal entity running the casino, and compare it with the license holder listed on the regulator’s database.

Safety & data protection: Check that every page loads over HTTPS (padlock icon) and that the cashier uses encrypted sessions. Use a unique password and enable any available account security options. If the site supports verification steps (ID and proof of address), complete them early–this lowers the chance of delayed withdrawals later.

Fair play checks: In the game lobby, open each provider’s info panel and look for published RTP values and game rules. Stick to well-known software studios with independently tested RNGs, and avoid obscure “in-house” titles if they don’t show audit references or clear return-to-player data.

Payments & cashout reliability: Treat the cashier as a trust signal. Prefer payment methods with clear processing times, fee disclosures, and traceable transaction IDs. Before your first deposit, read the withdrawal section for: minimum/maximum cashout limits, required turnover on bonus funds, supported payout methods for Canada, and KYC triggers (for example, withdrawals over a set threshold).

Practical trust checklist (2 minutes):

1) License number + operator name matches the regulator register.

2) HTTPS everywhere + clear privacy policy and data retention terms.

3) RTP info visible for slots and table games; recognized game providers listed.

4) Withdrawal rules state timelines, limits, and verification requirements without vague wording.

5) Support offers at least live chat or a responsive email with published hours.

If Casino Extreme meets the points above, you can treat it as a legitimate offshore casino option; if any item fails, don’t deposit–pick a platform with transparent licensing and clearly documented payouts.

Top Online Slots & Real Money Casino Games at Casino Extreme

Pick high-RTP slots (96%+), keep volatility in mind, and test the demo mode first–Casino Extreme makes it easy to switch between free play and real-money spins so you can settle on the right bankroll fit before you commit.

Online Slots: What to Play First

Casino Extreme focuses heavily on slots, so your fastest way to find value is to filter by volatility and features. Use these practical picks based on play style:

  • For longer sessions: choose medium volatility slots with frequent small wins; you’ll see steadier balance swings and more consistent bonus triggers.
  • For big-hit chasing: go for high volatility titles with expanding wilds, multipliers, or multi-stage free spins; expect longer dry spells and plan a tighter stop-loss.
  • For bonus-hunters: prioritize games with re-triggers, “buy bonus” (if available), and sticky wild mechanics–these tend to create more feature time per 100 spins.

Slot Features That Actually Matter

Instead of choosing by theme, focus on mechanics that change your expected return across a session:

  • RTP (Return to Player): target 96% or higher when you have options; it’s the simplest long-run edge you can control.
  • Hit frequency: higher hit rates support smaller bankrolls; low hit rates require larger buffers.
  • Free spins with multipliers: stronger upside than plain free spins, especially with escalating multipliers.
  • Wild systems: stacked/expanding wilds and sticky wilds generally add more value than single-line wilds.
  • Jackpot triggers: treat them as a bonus layer, not a plan–keep your main selection criteria on RTP/volatility.

Real Money Table Games: Quick, Practical Picks

If you want lower variance than slots, mix in table games. Casino Extreme’s table section typically includes standard rulesets with multiple bet limits, so you can scale your stake without switching games.

  • Blackjack: look for tables that allow doubling on any two cards and splitting (including resplits). Use basic strategy and avoid side bets if you want steadier results.
  • Roulette: select single-zero (European) when available; it reduces the house edge compared with double-zero.
  • Baccarat: stick to Banker/Player bets; skip Tie bets for better long-run value.
  • Video poker: choose paytables carefully; small paytable differences can change results across a long session.

Live Dealer vs. RNG: Which Fits Your Session

Use RNG games for speed and bonus clearing, then switch to live dealer tables when you want slower pacing and a more social feel.

  • RNG slots/table games: faster rounds, easier to track spins per bankroll, better for short sessions.
  • Live dealer tables: slower decisions, higher minimums at times, more control over tempo and table selection.

Smart Bankroll Plan for Casino Extreme

Keep your session structured so you don’t let variance decide your limits:

  1. Set a unit size: 1%–2% of your session bankroll per spin/hand works well for most players.
  2. Cap high-volatility slots: stop after 150–250 spins if the feature doesn’t land; rotate titles instead of forcing it.
  3. Use a two-part session: 70% of bankroll on medium volatility slots or low-edge tables, 30% on high-volatility bonus hunting.
  4. Lock profit: if you double your session bankroll, cash out part of it and keep playing with a smaller “house” portion.

How to Find New Games Fast

Use the lobby sorting tools to stay efficient:

  • Filter by provider to keep mechanics consistent once you find a studio you like.
  • Sort by “New” for fresh slot releases and new table variants.
  • Save favorites so you can rotate 3–5 proven titles instead of random hopping.

Jackpots & VIP Program at Casino Extreme

Play progressive jackpot slots with max coins and enable “Jackpot” filters in the lobby to focus your bankroll on titles where the prize pool grows with every spin.

At Casino Extreme, jackpot hunting works best when you combine two habits: choose progressive titles (shared pools) and keep your session rules strict (set a stop-loss, then switch to lower-volatility slots after a losing streak). If you see a jackpot game with a high max-bet relative to your bankroll, drop to a fixed jackpot or classic slot to protect session length.

Jackpot type How it usually works Best way to play
Progressive jackpot Shared prize pool increases with each wager across players Use max coins/eligible bet size; keep spins consistent and avoid frequent bet changes
Fixed jackpot Set payout or capped prize for a specific game Good for smaller budgets; rotate games to reduce variance spikes
Daily/weekly prize drops Time-based promos on select games (if active) Check promo terms first; focus only on eligible titles to avoid wasted wagering

Before you chase any jackpot, confirm three details in the game rules: the minimum bet to qualify, whether max coins are required, and which symbol/feature triggers the jackpot. This prevents “almost won” sessions where the bet size was ineligible.

The VIP program is where steady play turns into tangible perks. Use it for practical advantages: faster support responses, tailored reload offers, higher withdrawal limits, and occasional fee reductions (depending on your tier and payment method). If you plan regular sessions, ask support what activity level typically reaches the next tier and whether your preferred games contribute at full rate.

VIP focus What to request Why it helps
Tier progression Clear tier requirements and how points are calculated by game Avoids playing low-contribution games that slow down upgrades
Personalized bonuses Reloads aligned with your deposit size and session frequency Improves value versus generic promos
Cashout experience Higher limits, priority reviews, preferred payout routes Reduces delays when you hit larger wins
Support access Dedicated host or priority queue (if available) Saves time when you need quick account or promo clarifications

Combine VIP and jackpots smartly: keep jackpot sessions short and disciplined, then move the rest of your play to mid-volatility slots or table games that contribute well to VIP points. This keeps variance under control while still building long-term perks.

Fast & Secure Payments – CAD & Cryptocurrency Supported

Use Interac e-Transfer (CAD) for quick funding and straightforward banking, or choose crypto if you want faster withdrawals and fewer bank-side delays.

Deposit options (CAD): Interac e-Transfer is the most practical pick for Canadian players because it posts fast and keeps your transaction in Canadian dollars. Double-check your Interac email/phone details before sending and keep the confirmation number until the balance updates.

Cryptocurrency support: Fund your account with popular coins such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and Tether (USDT) (availability can vary by cashier). Crypto deposits usually credit after the required network confirmations; withdrawals typically process quicker than traditional rails once approved.

Withdrawal tips that reduce waiting time: submit one withdrawal at a time, keep your payout method consistent with your deposit method when possible, and ensure your wallet address is copied/pasted (never typed). For USDT, select the correct network in the cashier to avoid lost funds.

Security practices in the cashier: enable account security features if offered, use a unique password, and avoid public Wi?Fi during transactions. Keep your device’s authentication app and email protected, since payout approvals often rely on them.

Fees & limits: bank transfers may involve bank-side charges, while crypto transactions carry a network fee that changes with blockchain traffic. Review the cashier limits before depositing so your chosen method matches your intended bankroll and withdrawal size.

Payment methods you can use (CAD + crypto)

Choose Interac e-Transfer (CAD) if you want the simplest setup from a Canadian bank–use your own name, double-check the email/recipient details, and keep a screenshot of the confirmation number until the deposit is credited.

CAD options (fiat) usually work best for steady, predictable deposits. Typical picks include:

• Interac e-Transfer: Ideal for Canadian players who prefer bank-to-casino transfers without card limits. Use a unique security answer and avoid special characters that can break matching.

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa/Mastercard): Convenient for quick deposits; call your bank if the first attempt is declined due to “online gaming” restrictions. Use the same billing details as your casino profile to prevent verification delays.

• Prepaid Vouchers / eWallet-style methods (where available): Good for controlling spend–load a fixed amount and deposit only what you plan to play. Keep the voucher code private and redeem it immediately.

Crypto options fit players who want wallet-to-casino payments. Use a personal wallet (not an exchange withdrawal) to reduce failed transfers and speed up confirmations. Commonly supported coins include Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and popular low-fee networks like Litecoin (LTC).

Before sending crypto, follow three checks every time:

1) Match the network: send BTC on BTC, ETH on ETH, etc.–never mix chains.

2) Confirm the address: copy/paste and compare the first/last 4 characters.

3) Add the right fee: “low” fees can stall transfers; choose “standard” to avoid long waits.

For withdrawals, stick to one payment method as much as possible (Interac-to-Interac or crypto-to-crypto). This keeps your cashout flow cleaner and reduces extra document requests. If you deposit with CAD but want a crypto withdrawal, update your payout wallet in advance and make sure the wallet address belongs to you.

Tip: Keep your account details consistent–name, address, and payment ownership. Small mismatches (nickname vs. legal name, old address, shared card) create avoidable payout delays.

Deposit & Withdrawal Limits, Payout Speed & Key Features

Use crypto for the fastest cashouts and keep your first withdrawal request below the high-limit threshold to speed up checks.

Deposit limits: expect a low entry point of about $20–$25 (or the crypto equivalent) per transaction, with daily caps depending on your payment type and account status. If you plan to reload often, split your bankroll into 2–3 smaller deposits instead of one large transfer to reduce payment-side flags and keep play flexible.

Withdrawal limits: most players will see minimum cashouts around $100. For maximums, plan around $2,500–$5,000 per week for standard accounts, while higher tiers may request larger limits after consistent play and verification. If you hit a big win, queue multiple withdrawals (for example $1,000–$2,000 each) rather than a single oversized request.

Payout speed: crypto withdrawals usually clear in about 0–24 hours after approval, while card and bank-style methods can take 1–5 business days. To avoid delays, match your withdrawal method to your deposit method when possible and ensure your wallet/address details are correct before submitting.

How to get paid faster: submit documents early (ID + proof of address), keep your name and address consistent across your profile and payment records, and avoid last-minute changes to your phone/email. After you pass the first verification, repeat payouts tend to move quicker.

Key features that affect your bankroll: look for instant balance updates after deposits, withdrawal status tracking in your cashier history, and clear wagering indicators on bonuses so you know exactly when funds become cashout-ready. If you play with promos, finish wagering before requesting a payout to prevent your withdrawal being paused for bonus review.

Smart limits strategy: set a personal cashout target (for example, withdraw 50–70% of a profit run) and leave a smaller amount for continued play. This keeps variance under control and helps you lock in wins without relying on a single large withdrawal.

Casino Extreme Mobile Casino – Play Anytime, Anywhere

Use your phone browser first: Casino Extreme runs smoothly on mobile without installing an app, so you can log in, deposit, and launch games in under a minute on iOS and Android.

No-app access: open Safari/Chrome, type the casino URL, and sign in. Add the page to your Home Screen for one-tap return and a near-app feel.

Best settings for stable play: switch to Wi?Fi for live tables, keep Low Power Mode off during longer sessions, and close background apps to prevent reloads when you change tabs.

Mobile game controls: slots support tap-to-spin and auto-play where permitted; use Landscape mode for bigger reels and clearer paytables. For table games, pinch-to-zoom helps with chip stacks and side bets on smaller screens.

Banking on the go: keep a preferred method saved in your wallet/account profile so deposits take fewer steps. For crypto users, double-check the network before sending and copy/paste the address to avoid errors on small screens.

Account safety on mobile: enable biometric screen lock, avoid public Wi?Fi for transactions, and log out after play–especially if you use a shared device. If available in your account settings, turn on extra sign-in verification for new devices.

Quick troubleshooting: if a game freezes, refresh once, then clear the browser cache and reopen the game from the lobby. If a round appears “stuck,” don’t re-deposit–check the game history first and contact support with the round ID for fast resolution.

Customer Support & Service Quality at Casino Extreme

Use Live Chat for account access issues, pending cashouts, or bonus questions–this channel usually gives the fastest resolution compared to email tickets.

Casino Extreme’s support setup is built around three practical routes: Live Chat for real-time help, email for document-heavy requests, and a FAQ section for quick self-service. To avoid back-and-forth, open chat only after you have your registered email, username, transaction ID (deposit/withdrawal), and the exact error text or screenshot ready.

For withdrawals and verification, keep communication clean and traceable. Send KYC files via email in single, clearly labeled attachments (e.g., “ID-front.jpg”, “ID-back.jpg”, “Proof-of-address.pdf”). If support asks for re-uploads, request a short checklist specifying format, visibility requirements (no glare/blur), and whether the document must show full corners–this cuts repeat submissions.

For banking or crypto questions, ask support to confirm the exact network/chain (where applicable), required minimum, and whether any processor fees apply before you send funds. When a payout shows as “processed” but hasn’t arrived, provide the timestamp, amount, and any available reference/hash so the agent can escalate without guessing.

To protect your account, insist on security-first help: request a password reset, enable any available account security checks, and never share full card details, private keys, or one-time codes in chat. If you suspect unauthorized play, ask support to freeze the account while they investigate, then confirm the steps to regain access safely.

Service quality improves when you keep one case per issue. If you open multiple chats for the same problem, agents may work in parallel and slow the fix. Use a single thread, ask for a case/ticket reference, and if the solution impacts bonuses (wagering, free spins, VIP comps), request the final decision in writing so it matches what you see in your cashier and promo panel.

Pros and Cons of Casino Extreme Online

Recommendation: Choose Casino Extreme Online if you want high bonus potential and a broad game lobby; skip it if you prefer instant withdrawals, a minimalist promo system, or a “set-and-forget” banking experience.

Pros

• Strong promo value for bonus chasers. The offer structure typically rewards frequent play, so you can stack more playtime from promos if you track terms carefully and use them strategically (e.g., focus bonus play on slots with steady volatility rather than ultra-high variance).

• Game variety supports different bankroll styles. You can switch between low-stakes sessions and higher-volatility picks without changing casinos, which helps with bankroll management and reduces the need to maintain multiple accounts.

• Crypto-friendly flexibility. If you prefer using cryptocurrency for deposits, it adds an extra layer of privacy and can simplify cross-border funding compared with card-only sites.

• VIP and rewards can add long-term value. Consistent players who keep activity steady (instead of sporadic high spikes) usually extract better value from tiered perks and periodic incentives.

Cons

• Bonuses can come with tight rules. Expect conditions such as wagering requirements, max cashout limits on certain promos, and game weighting. If you don’t read the promo page before activating, you can lock yourself into play that doesn’t match your style.

• Withdrawal experience can vary by method. Some payment routes may require extra checks, and processing time can differ widely depending on the option you choose. If fast cashouts are your main priority, pick the method with the cleanest verification path and avoid switching methods mid-cycle.

• Not every game contributes equally to wagering. Table games and some specialty titles may contribute at a reduced rate, so bonus grinders who prefer blackjack/roulette might see slower progress than slot-focused players.

• Currency friction is possible. If parts of the cashier or promos settle in a currency other than CAD, you may face conversion costs through your payment provider. Confirm the account currency and promo currency before depositing.

Quick tips to maximize the upside

1) Treat each bonus like a mini-contract: check wagering, max bet, eligible games, and max cashout before you opt in.

2) Match the promo to your goal: use high-wager promos only when you plan longer sessions; keep “cash play” separate when you want quicker withdrawals.

3) Keep documents ready: verify early to avoid delays at withdrawal time, especially if you plan to use larger cashouts.

4) Stick to one withdrawal method: consistency reduces payment back-and-forth and helps processing stay smooth.

Ready to Play & Win at Casino Extreme?

Claim the welcome offer first, then play with a simple plan: set a hard budget, pick high-RTP slots, and cash out the moment you hit your target.

Quick win-focused setup (3 minutes):

1) Create your account with real details (name and address must match your payment profile).

2) Choose one payment method and stick to it for the first week–this keeps your cashier history clean and reduces payout back-and-forth.

3) Set two numbers before you spin: daily spend cap and cashout goal (example: CAD $50 cap, cash out at CAD $200).

4) Pick games with strong return and steady volatility: prioritize slots listed at 96%+ RTP and avoid ultra-high volatility titles until your balance is safely above your deposit.

5) Use a staking rule: 0.5%–1% of your bankroll per spin (CAD $1–$2 spins on a CAD $200 balance). Increase only after a profit buffer.

How to actually cash out faster:

• Verify early: upload KYC documents right after your first deposit, not after a big win. Prepare a clear photo ID and a recent proof of address.

• Read bonus terms before you opt in: check wagering, max cashout, and whether table games count differently than slots. If you want quick withdrawals, consider playing with a smaller bonus or without one.

• Keep your play consistent with the promo rules: avoid switching between restricted games during wagering; it can slow approvals or void promo winnings.

• Withdraw in realistic chunks: if your method has higher review frequency at large amounts, split into two smaller withdrawals and keep screenshots of confirmations.

Smart play patterns that protect winnings:

• Lock profit: after each 50% gain, move back to smaller spins until you either reach your cashout goal or drop back to your starting balance.

• Avoid chasing: if you lose 3 bankroll units in a row (example: 3 ? CAD $50 sessions), stop for 24 hours–no “one last deposit.”

• Treat jackpots as a side bet: play jackpot titles with a fixed micro-stake and separate budget; don’t mix them into your main wagering plan.

Ready checklist:

? One deposit method selected

? KYC documents prepared

? Daily cap + cashout goal written down

? 96%+ RTP slots shortlisted

? 0.5%–1% spin size rule set

Quick Start Checklist (Canada)

1) Create your account with real details. Use your legal name, current Canadian address, and an email you can access. Double-check spelling now to avoid payout delays later (name mismatch is the #1 reason for extra checks).

2) Lock in your currency choice before you deposit. Pick CAD if you plan to deposit and cash out in Canadian dollars; pick crypto if you want blockchain payouts. Keep the same currency path to reduce conversion fees and reconciliation time.

3) Secure your login in 2 minutes. Set a long, unique password (12+ characters), avoid reusing it from banking or email, and keep your device updated. If you share a computer, use a private session and log out after play.

4) Verify your identity early (before your first withdrawal). Prepare a clear photo/scan of: government-issued ID, proof of address (utility bill/bank statement), and if requested, a payment proof tied to your deposit method. Upload clean, uncropped images so the review doesn’t bounce.

5) Confirm promo conditions before activating anything. Check the bonus page for: minimum deposit, wagering requirement, max bet while wagering, eligible games, and expiry window. Stick to the max bet rule to protect your bonus balance.

6) Make a small first deposit to test the flow. Use an amount you’re comfortable losing and confirm the cashier shows the correct currency and final total before you approve. Take a screenshot of the confirmation page for your records.

7) Set responsible play limits right away. Add a deposit cap (daily/weekly) and a session time reminder. Treat it like a budget line: once you hit the limit, stop and return another day.

8) Choose games that match your goal for the session. For longer sessions, pick higher RTP slots with moderate volatility; for quick swings, pick higher volatility titles. If you’re clearing wagering, confirm the game contributes fully to bonus playthrough.

9) Test a withdrawal as soon as you can. After a win, request a small cashout to confirm your chosen method and details work. Use one consistent method for deposits and withdrawals to reduce manual checks.

10) Save support contacts before you need them. Keep the live chat link and support email handy, and note your account email + transaction IDs. When you message support, include: date/time, amount, method, and any error text.

Play Smarter: Bankroll, Volatility, and When to Stop

Set a hard session budget before you spin: choose an amount you can lose (example: CAD 100), split it into 20 equal “units” (CAD 5 each), and never raise your unit size during the session.

Use a simple staking rule that protects you from quick swings:

  • Slots: bet 0.5%–1% of your session bankroll per spin (CAD 0.50–1.00 per CAD 100 bankroll).
  • Table games: keep wagers at 1%–2% per hand/round if you want longer play (CAD 1–2 per CAD 100).
  • High-volatility games: cut stake by 25%–50% versus your usual bet to absorb dry streaks.

Match game volatility to your goal, then commit for the session:

  • Low volatility: steadier small wins; better for stretching time and meeting bonus wagering with fewer bankroll shocks.
  • Medium volatility: balanced swings; good default if you dislike long losing runs but still want meaningful hits.
  • High volatility: rarer big payouts; plan for 100–200 spins without a standout win and avoid chasing losses.

Pick a stop plan that triggers automatically–no negotiation mid-session:

  1. Stop-loss: quit at 40% down (CAD 100 > stop at CAD 60). This prevents “one more deposit” thinking.
  2. Stop-win: lock profit at 50%–100% up (CAD 100 > stop at CAD 150–200). Take the win and leave.
  3. Time cap: set 45–90 minutes; end the session when the timer hits, not when you “feel close.”

Use a profit-protection ladder so one hot streak doesn’t reverse:

  • At +25% profit, move your stop-loss to -10% (CAD 100 bankroll: if you reach CAD 125, stop if you drop to CAD 90).
  • At +50%, move your stop-loss to break-even (CAD 100 > if you reach CAD 150, stop at CAD 100).
  • At +100%, cash out at least 50% of the profit and keep the rest as “play money.”

Adjust for bonus wagering without burning your balance:

  • Choose games with higher contribution to wagering and avoid jumping to side bets that spike variance.
  • Keep bets consistent; frequent bet-sizing changes make it harder to control risk during required playthrough.
  • If your bankroll drops below 30–35 units, reduce your unit size; if it drops below 20 units, end the session.

Stop immediately if any of these happen:

  • You break your pre-set unit size.
  • You deposit again “to get back to even.”
  • You feel rushed, angry, or fixated on one last hit.
  • You hit your stop-loss, stop-win, or time cap.

Track results with two numbers only: units won/lost and time played. If you can’t write them down after the session, shorten the next one and lower your unit size.
